With CLAN MATHESON and CLAN MALCOLM this ship formed a trio known as the "Matheson" class.
Although slightly shorter and motor driven, they were very similar to the steam driven ships of the "S" class.

Built by Greenock Dockyard Co. Ltd., she is seen off the coast of India, passing the British India S. N. Co. liner RAJULA.
